With choosing your passwords you should use passwords that not contain any easy-to-find-out-information like your name, names from relatives or birthdates. Flexservers suggests usage of one or more 'special characters', like !, %, * Passwords also must be kept secret. If you suspect others know your passwords, you have to change them immediatly!
