If there is a network outage or server malfunction that is not mentioned on this page, you can easily let us know.
Between 9.00h and 17.30h you can report a network outage or server malfunction by mailing to the following address:

On support.flexservers.com you can create an E-mail Support Ticket.
SMS Ticket
If you have an urgent problem because of network outages or server malfunctions outside office hours, you can contact the technical service directly through this SMS form. Upon sending an SMS ticket, you are agreeing to pay € 80,– per hour. If the problem is a Basic support topic you will not be charged.
