The availability of a Plesk Add-on depends on the type of server (dedicated or virtual) and the operating system (Windows or Linux). Some Plesk Add-ons are only available for Windows.
Also, the order procedure of an Add-on differs for a dedicated or virtual server. Please check here which order procedure applies to your server.
I have a virtual server (VPS)
You can choose for the Plesk Add-ons while ordering your VPS or DS. If you already have a running virtual server, you can order the Add-ons via your HSPc control panel.
